Online Commission bidding

In order to place a Commission bid online, you may go here to register. In our Online bidding environment, you may choose the items upon which you would like to place a bid. The cut-off time for any Commission Bids to be considered, is 2pm on the day prior to the auction taking place, i.e. 18 hrs before the auction commences. An email will confirm that your commission bid has been placed, and Ashbeys' Galleries will contact you after the auction if your bid was successful.

Telephone bidding

Please send us an email with the lot numbers on which you wish to bid, with a contact telephone number - we would like a mobile number as well as a landline number. It is important to know that you have to be available to take the phone call at any time during the auction. The auctioneer handles aproximately 100 lots an hour, and we always start our auctions at 10.00am. We will then bid on your behalf whilst you are on the phone with us - you can at anytime decide when to stop bidding.

Email bidding

Email us the lot numbers on which you wish place bids, with the maximum amount you wish to bid. We will then bid on your behalf up to the amount stated. Also provide us with your contact details. We will contact you after the auction has taken place and inform you whether or not your bid was successful.
