Please email us with detail of goods you would like to auction. Include a complete description of the items along with digital photographs. This will enable the auctioneer to give an accurate estimate - one cannot provide an estimate without seeing the goods.

Also include your personal details:
Name, Postal Address and Telephone number.

Once Ashbeys' Galleries has received confirmation that any specific item should be included for auction, we will require your bank details in order to make payment when the item has been sold successfully.

We will then contact you to make further arrangements. If you wish to arrange for a valuation at your premises, Ashbeys' simply need to be contacted in this regard. A R513.00 (incl vat) valuation fee applies, which will be wavered if the goods are included in the next auction.

Online Submission

The most convenient way to suggest an item for auction, is to register online, and submit all the particulars via our web site. Our auctioneer will then be in direct contact with you once your "item to sell" has been submitted.
